As a former Partner at PwC, he led the EMEA People in Deals practice and was part of the firm’s People in Deals global leadership team. Since 2019, Tommes has been building AllChiefs as a founder, supporting executive teams on topics such as skills-based organization design, people governance, reorganizations, and HR operating models. He moves seamlessly between boardroom vision and execution, to turn strategy into results.
