Laura Bas is a multi-award-winning changemaker, Generation Z expert, and public speaker. She expertly explains how to harness the power of different generations in the workplace particularly how to better understand, engage, and retain the youngest generation. At just 25, Laura addressed the United Nations as the youngest delegate, delivering a self-written speech on the importance of youth participation and gender equality. As Youth Ambassador for Freedom of Choice and Gender Equality, she consulted hundreds of young people worldwide on behalf of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. After her ambassadorial term, Laura shifted her focus drawing on her background in organizational science to the role of generations in the workplace, with a special focus on her own: Generation Z. In addition to her work as a speaker and Gen Z expert, Laura is a columnist for MT/Sprout. Through her popular TikTok and Instagram channel, delaurabasboost, she shares career advice with an audience of over half a million weekly viewers.
