Rich Bye joined Workday in 2021 and engages with customers to help them embrace the future of work and to shape the strategy of the Workday HCM product. Rich has over 30 years’ experience in HR service delivery and technology at Mercer, Dell and most recently at BP, where he was a member of the CHRO Leadership team for 10 years leading the global HRIS and HR Operations function. Rich helped lead an ambitious HR transformation programme to implement a suite of systems, operating model, processes, and policies in a “Big Bang” global launch in 2019. The digital transformation moved eight legacy systems to cloud-based technologies including the deployment of Workday HCM.
