Amber van Zijp is a Director in Deloitte’s HR Strategy team in the Netherlands. Over the past 15 years, she has worked with organisations on HR strategy and large-scale transformation, from rethinking how HR operates to putting new ways of working into practice. Amber has experience across the full course of a transformation, including design, implementation and the communication needed to bring people along. She works closely with CHROs on questions such as what HR should take responsibility for, how its teams can work more effectively and how strategic ambitions can become changes people notice in their day-to-day work.
