Drs. Vincent Wanders RA is managing partner of Compliant&More and has been teaching Auditing, IT, and GRC since 1990 for various institutions and educators, including Nyenrode, Sijthoff Accountants Academy and Alex van Groningen. He is part of the steering committee AccountTech of the NBA and Financial expert committee of VNONCW. This places him at the heart of developments around technology, assurance and governance, He combines his teaching and advisory work with practical experience as member supervisory board,, previously among others at AVR, Rekos, EY, Deloitte, Achmea, and KPN. Through his committee work within EFRAG, VNO-NCW/MKB-Nederland, and NBA, he also remains closely involved in current topics such as resilience, ESG, AI, and the digital agenda. At Nyenrode University, he teaches Financial Auditing and Corporate Governance at the post-master level. At the Vrije Universiteit, he was a core lecturer for ten years in Compliance.
