Ron van Houten is an experienced CFO and board member with a strong track record in transforming finance organisations into strategic drivers of growth and long-term value creation. He has held senior finance leadership roles at global technology companies including TP Vision, Ingram Micro, NetApp and HP, leading complex international finance operations across technology and consumer electronics sectors. Since 2017, Ron has served as CFO of TP Vision, where he oversees Finance, Tax, Legal, CSR and Trade Compliance for a €2 billion business and leads an international team of 130 professionals. He is known for his forward-looking vision on digital transformation, automation and the evolving role of finance leadership. Ron holds an RC degree from Nyenrode Business Universiteit and a Global Executive MBA from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
