Bas Kemme has a long-standing consulting career, working with executive teams at large companies on strategy & innovation, AI adoption, and organisational culture. His core interest is in how to make companies more entrepreneurial and innovative by helping leaders reconcile dilemmas such as autonomy with coherence. Bas is the founder of IntotheNXT, the consultancy through which he serves as fractional Chief Strategy Officer and boardroom advisor to senior leadership teams. He is also an Associate Partner with THT Consulting. Together with Fons Trompenaars, Bas is developing a new book on leadership, From Tension to Traction.
