Benjamin supports Remuneration Committees, HR and other senior executives on market competitiveness, organisation design, job architecture, and the design and implementation of short- and long-term incentive plans, with a strong focus on aligning reward outcomes with business strategy and financial performance. Prior to Aon, Benjamin worked with EY and Korn Ferry in Spain and held senior Reward leadership roles at Lloyds Bank Private Banking, Covidien–Medtronic, and Sacyr. He also spent 11 years with Mercer across Europe and the Americas. He holds a degree in Administration and Finance from ITAM (Mexico).
