Charlotte Hanneman
Charlotte has over 20 years of experience in the MedTech and pharmaceutical industries, most recently as Controller and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at global medical technology company Stryker. In this role, she was responsible for external reporting, enterprise financial planning and analysis, and business development finance. She was also responsible for indirect procurement and directly accountable for the finance teams across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Canada, and Latin America.
By helping to deliver real change across healthcare, we can create greater value for all our stakeholders.
Prior to this, Charlotte held several international finance leadership roles at Stryker and other multinational healthcare companies, including Merck, Schering-Plough, and Organon. She has extensive experience working in the US and has lived in various countries across Asia and Europe. She holds a master’s degree in economics and an executive Master of Finance and Control from Maastricht University, the Netherlands.
Born in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, Charlotte has a passion for developing and engaging teams, and she is an advocate for equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. She is married with two children, enjoys yoga, loves to travel to countries she has never been to and visit art museums, and she tries to get 10,000 steps a day.
