Prof. dr. Annet de Lange is Professor of Sustainable Employability at the Open Universiteit and Senior Managing Consultant at Berenschot. Her research explores how people can remain healthy, motivated and able to work throughout their careers, as both their needs and the demands of work change. Combining academic research with organisational practice, she examines the role of leadership, skills development and working conditions in sustaining employability. Her work addresses a central challenge for HR leaders: how to organise work so that people can continue to contribute, develop and adapt amid longer careers, workforce shortages and technological change.
