Hedser is an HR executive with over 15 years of experience in retail and supply chain. He leads HR for more than 3,000 colleagues across head office and supply chain operations. His work centres on how leadership, culture and organisational design influence the way people and teams perform. His experience spans HR strategy, learning and development, rewards and people analytics. In his current role, he works closely with senior leadership on the HR agenda and organisational development, with a particular focus on strengthening leadership capability and connecting people priorities with the practical demands of the business.
