Hans Cremer
Program Manager
Hans Cremer leads the National Integral Skills Passport Research Programme and researches how skills passports can help address labour shortages and mismatches between people’s capabilities and available work. His work brings together employers, public organisations and researchers, with support from the Dutch ministries of Social Affairs and Employment, Education, Culture and Science, and Defence, alongside VNO-NCW, MKB-Nederland and AWVN. At the heart of his research is a question relevant to every CHRO: how can skills become visible and transferable across roles, organisations and sectors? His perspective connects the ambition of a skills-based workforce with the practical conditions needed to make it work, informing decisions about recruitment, internal mobility and reskilling.
