Marguerite Soeteman-Reijnen is an experienced international business leader and supervisory board member with a strong focus on leadership, human capital and inclusive economic growth. She spent more than 34 years at Aon, where she served as Chair of the Executive Board of Aon Holdings until her retirement in 2023. Today, Marguerite holds a range of supervisory, advisory and ambassadorial roles, including at Siemens Nederland, MN, Erasmus University Rotterdam and the Dutch Social and Economic Council (SER). She also represents the Dutch private sector within G20 EMPOWER, the G20 alliance dedicated to advancing women's leadership in business. Throughout her career, Marguerite has worked at the intersection of business, society and public policy. Her perspective on skills, productivity and the changing value of human capital makes her a compelling voice for CHROs navigating the future of work. Marguerite holds a Master's degree in Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is an alumna of INSEAD, Harvard Business School and IMD. In 2024, she was appointed Officer in the Order of Orange-Nassau.
