Nico Decock spent more than 35 years in senior executive HR and leadership roles within international organisations, leading workforce, talent and organisational transformation initiatives. Today, he combines that experience with a broader perspective gained through advising organisations across Europe on the future of work, organisational capability and workforce transformation. He is Chief Capability Officer and Managing Partner at Bloor Research International, where he focuses on the evolving relationship between people, AI and organisations. As an author, advisor and international keynote speaker, Nico is known for his work on organisational capability, human agency and the future role of HR. He developed the Human Delta™, The Great LEAP™ and Capability Discipline™ frameworks to help organisations navigate an increasingly AI-enabled world. Nico has spoken at leading international conferences, including Hacking HR's AI Experience Summit, HR Leadership Summit London and SHIFT HR Munich. He also advises organisations and international initiatives on workforce transformation, responsible AI adoption and the future of leadership, and serves as an advisor to United Nations initiatives exploring the future of work and human capability.
