Thomas is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Since 2013, Thomas has been a partner at SINCERIUS, strengthening the team with his expertise. From 2005 onwards, he worked at Deloitte Transaction Services, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of sectors. Thomas has built up extensive experience in private equity and with strategic clients, both on the sell side (vendor due diligence) and the buy side (acquisition due diligence). He began his career in 2001 at PwC in the audit practice. In addition, Thomas enjoys sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm for financial due diligence by teaching the NBA-VRC financial due diligence courses for Chartered Accountants (RA) and Chartered Controllers (RC).
