The day kicks off with an opening from M&A Community Manager Elisa Houweling, Danny Bosker, Partner at KPMG Corporate Finance and Willem Six, Head of Debt Advisory at KPMG. Followed by a panel discussion which sets the stage for an in-depth discussion on the current financing landscape. Private Equity Experts will explore the major changes and challenges facing private equity firms as interest rates fluctuate and financing conditions tighten. The conversation will focus on how firms are adapting to the dynamic interest rate environment, restructuring deals amid rising costs, and navigating the growing reluctance of banks to finance acquisitions. The panel will also examine the largest financing gaps, creative solutions such as seller financing and earn-outs, and long-term strategies for managing uncertainty. The session will conclude with an interactive live audience Q&A.
