With over 20 years of experience, Willem Six is a seasoned expert in debt financing, mezzanine financing, and corporate transactions such as M&A and IPOs. As Head of Debt Advisory at KPMG Netherlands, he leads a team supporting corporate and private equity clients with independent advice throughout financing transactions, from strategy to execution. Previously, Willem led the European debt advisory practice at Zanders and spent 14 years at ABN Amro, where he was Executive Director in Structured Finance. He has advised on multi-billion euro deals across various sectors, with a strong focus on energy and infrastructure.
