Aukje Haan is a partner in the Commercial Practice Group at CMS Amsterdam. She leads the CMS International Commercial Group and ESG for CMS Netherlands. Specialized in (international) commercial disputes, contracts, and liability law, she advises and litigates on liability issues, distribution, agency, franchise, production contracts, SLAs, and partnerships.
