Sophie van Lanschot is partner in the Corporate M&A team of NautaDutilh and a member of the firm’s Private Equity sector team. She has an all-round corporate and notarial practice, with a particular focus on the design and implementation of management incentive plans. She regularly advises boards, sponsors and management teams on equity-based incentives, rollover structures and long term value alignment in both private equity and strategic transactions.
