Laura and Ibo have structurally embedded measuring the gender pay gap within the annual HR cycle at Van Lanschot Kempen. This is the third year they will publicly disclose their corrected gender pay gap. During this session they will share some insights on how they got started with this topic and why it is important for the company to work on the gender pay gap. They will outline what the process of an equal pay analysis looks like, including what data is required and which teams need to be involved. They will share their experience of communicating the results to both internal and external stakeholders and finally touch on some of the challenges they have encountered over the last 3 years.
