Katrien van de Linde is the Director of Human Rights Watch Netherlands. She is responsible for the development and outreach activities of the Amsterdam office, overseeing relations with private and institutional donors, corporate relations and the Netherlands Committee.

After her internships at the Dutch Embassy in London and the headquarters of Human Rights Watch in New York, she started as an Associate at the organization. Before becoming Netherlands Director, she worked in the cultural sector for seven years, being responsible for donor relations at Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam and Tate Modern and Tate Britain in London.
