Involving next gen talent in our industry

The panel will discuss, together with the audience (interactive session) about the following statements:

- Future Talent / Junior creatives should become more client facing
- senior creatives are less likely to pick up next gen cultural perspectives
- junior creatives need (more) experience to provide input on large-scale campaigns
- senior creatives were once junior creatives too and listened to their seniors, so junior creatives today should do the same
- Senior creatives should not make the final/creative calls about next-gen content
